ΜΟΝΟ ΠΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΓΝΩΡΙΖΑ ...
A VERY
SPECIAL "THANK YOU"
BEFORE I
FORGET OR... FLY ELSEWHERE!

(Due to a terrible dream I had very recently ...")

Here I submit
LOTS OF
"THANK YOU"
to numerous Friends of mine that have "approved and awarded" my
Work, all these long years, even when their names are: newspapers, magazines, or other records, or even shown in "likes" in the INTERNET ...
BUT
more heartful "THANKS"
to All GREEK and/or ENGLISH Literary Organizations, and Companies, included Governmental recognitions, to whom I had submitted my originals -in various "pen names"-to their issued competitions: in POETRY, Short Stories, One-act Plays, Yearly book submissions, and/or recognitions of my N.Y.C. School participations: in Plays and/or Poetry with My own pictures and a one-of-a-kind drawings, the invitations in Greece: Athens, Delphi, Patras, and/or cities of U.S. as Chicago, Washington Universities (mostly, you can verify these in my "astoriani.blogspot.com" posts, -especially over the years since 2008, and at the included post of 'TIMHS ENEKEN' - an active creation of my valuable Friend and writer Katerina Papatheodorou, Volos, Greece, under her "cyclaminotouvounou" e-mail, and others, where I was honorably awarded...
Not to forget the famous daily GREEK NEWSPAPER of N.Y. "EΘNIKOΣ KΗΡYKAΣ" and its valuable contributors, especially Stavros Marmarinos,
also: the "PRWINI", and "the GREEK NEWS" as well,
where my
awarded works were published.
Also, to All these professionals who took their time to go through my submitted inspirations -often 20 - or 30 pages, each- and raised me a little higher than this "foreign ground" where I came trusting the efforts of my young Life, on April 9th, 1970, three months after I was married to my handsome Dimitrios Stratis,
the "Syriano-Peiraiotis Greek man of my Life ...
A Thousand "THANKS" to ALL the above, and to those I might
have forgotten right now, -especially the ones of the N.Y. distinguished authors and Friends of POETRY FORUM of New York, like: Dr. DANIEL FERNANDES, A. MILLER, Virginia Bagliore, Anna Di-Bella , and the founder of SHELLY SOCIETY of N.Y. Annet Feldman, -who had visited GREECE, and loved the Greek Mythology, - with exceptional written poetry about her visits to "the most valuable Spiritual Country of the World", with whom often visited Queens Libraries and shared Poetry and one-act plays of ours, as well, ...,
and some others, whom,
my mind does not recall
correctly right now.
My sweetest "Thanks" are to my daughters,
Joy-Angela and Olga-Anthy, whom I raised with singing to them my
own "lullabys" -who, both had graciously participated in most of my
early literary works-, next, to my beautiful grand-daughters Ebie, and
Angie, to my gorgeous grand-sons Panagioti-Dimitraki and Andrea-
Chris, to my Son-in Law Andrea, -the special one-, to my brother
Periklis, and all those who always had a warm word of praising
whatever my restless mind decided to create.
Life is a provocation.
It is a hard challenge.
Nothing predicts that it is going to be successful to the degree we
could imagine.
Some, are smarter, or luckier than others. Some, very unlucky.
Some, not even happily
born or grow a normal life ...
Fate is different to every one.
To all of
us, I would like to say, do not stop trying.
You will never be disappointed at least for your efforts, and for the
belief to your destiny on Earth.
Nature never stops to show that to all of us!
Believe into yourselves.
Try not to challenge your Faith to the ONLY ONE:
The Great Creator.
Your Love
and Your Faith exist inside yourself!
As for me,
Just remember that I loved flowers.
I loved creating, of any kind.
I loved children
of any shade under the Sun.
Finally, remember
that I tried to live my life the most honest way my parents had advised me to.
That is the
most satisfied life of all.

P.s.
I am not going to re-live and tell you the terrible dream I had a
couple of nights ago!
"Bravely" I said to myself: Maybe there is a sign for You!
So, this is the reason of all the above.
Maybe, Time will show!!!
Just remember:
I HAVE LOVED LIFE
AND MOSTLY YOU ALL !
